Naflet Hotel Internal Systems Suite

We designed and implemented a set of custom digital systems for Naflet Hotel, integrating daily hotel operations into an efficient, centralized dashboard. Features include: Spa Appointment Booking System Customer Feedback Collection Tool Employee of the Month Voting Platform Guest Registration & Record Keeping System All systems were built using modern web technologies and secured with role-based access control. This project improved hotel workflow, staff motivation, and customer satisfaction—contributing to Naflet winning 1st Place in the Oromia Tourism Award 2024.
